Key job responsibilities include:
- Overall in-charge of online marketing strategy and monitors performance in key metrics
- Make promo plans on marketplace
- Online stock monitoring
- Feedback best seller report
- Coordination with PIC marketplace
- Uploading products and update stock levels for each brand in every e-commerce channel
- Answering and resolve customer questions and complaints in each e-commerce channel
- Follow up customer purchases to the warehouse
- Make changes to the planogram for each e-commerce channel
- Recap online sales daily, weekly, and monthly
- Preparing and monitoring product movement to an external warehouse
- Communicate with the logistics to monitor delivery to the customer
Requirement : - Bachelor's Degree from any major
- At least 3 year experience as E-Commerce Supervisor from reputable FMCG company
- Have a good knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Have a positive attitude, detail with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Have a good ability to track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data, and use its to improve strategies
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, formulate strategies and execute initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively
- Excellent understanding of data gathering tools and software, including Google Analytics, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
