About the role

Shape Haus' is seeking a talented Drafter & Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lembongan, Bali. As a Drafter & Engineer, you will play a critical role in transforming innovative ideas into detailed engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring the successful execution of our innovative architectural projects. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while contributing to the growth and development of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to support the design and construction process

2. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate, actionable plans

3. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create precise 2D and 3D models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes

4. Conduct technical research, perform calculations, and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle

5. Identify and resolve design-related issues, offering innovative solutions to optimise project efficiency and quality

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in engineering and construction

What we're looking for

1. Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp

2. Strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and building codes

3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

4. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams

5. Passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

6. Able speak and write english
