Join Azura Living Bali—a boutique villa brand rooted in nature and design—as our full-time Meta Ads Specialist. Your mission: transform cold Instagram and Facebook clicks into high-quality leads for our premium off-plan villas.
We're seeking a seasoned expert in Meta Ads who not only understands the platform but can strategically design and optimize complete sales funnels tailored to specific target groups. This is not an execution-only role—we want someone who proactively identifies opportunities, suggests improvements, solves problems creatively, and takes ownership of campaign performance end to end.

Your core mission
Turn a cold Instagram or Facebook (IG/FB) click into a qualified phone lead for our off‑plan villas.

Key responsibilities
1. Persona & Journey Design
• Define personas.
• Map every touch‑point—from first ad view to sales‑team hand‑off.
2. Seamless Funnel Build‑out
• Plan TOF (Top‑of‑Funnel) → MOF (Middle‑of‑Funnel) → BOF (Bottom‑of‑Funnel) paths:
• IG/FB ad → 2‑step lead form or micro‑survey → thank‑you page / WhatsApp → follow‑up email / SMS.
• Pick the best format for each audience: Lead Ads (form inside FB/IG), landing page, or in‑app survey.
3. Meta Ads Execution & Retargeting
• Launch and optimise campaigns in Ads Manager using
• Pixel (Meta tracking code) + CAPI (Conversions API - server‑side tracking)
• Custom Audiences (people who engaged) & Lookalikes (people who resemble best leads)
• Dynamic Ads (auto‑personalised creatives).
• Test creatives, placements, and Cost Cap bids to keep CPL (Cost per Lead) ≤ IDR 100 k and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) ≥ 3×.
4. Performance & Reporting
• Track CTR (Click‑Through Rate), CPM (Cost per 1,000 Impressions), CVR (Conversion Rate), and step‑by‑step drop‑offs.
• Deliver a concise weekly dashboard with next actions.
