As a Data Analyst, you will work across all business functions and departments, providing general analytics support organization-wide.

Job Description:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making and identify actionable insights.

• Transforming raw data into meaningful reports and visualizations that drive organizational success and operational efficiency.

• Cleaning and validating data, conducting statistical analysis, creating visualizations and dashboards using tools like Metabase or Superset, generating regular and ad-hoc reports, and collaborating with departments throughout the organization to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance against benchmarks, and support decision-making through quantitative analysis across finance, operations, marketing, sales, and other business areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• 3 years of professional experience in Data analysis, Business intelligence, or similar role

• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods

• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain findings to diverse audiences

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data warehousing

• Experience with database design and management

• Certification in relevant analytics or data tools
