About the Role

We are looking for a Data & Fraud Analyst to support data analysis, fraud detection, and platform performance monitoring within a digital advertising and offerwall ecosystem. This role is responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying fraud patterns, troubleshooting tracking and integration issues, and delivering actionable insights that improve platform performance and user experience.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with SQL and data visualization tools, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to enhance reporting accuracy, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance trends
• Generate insights related to user engagement, fraud activity, and reward fulfillment
• Utilize SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools for reporting and analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and campaign performance
• Investigate discrepancies in reward payouts and tracking systems

Fraud Detection & Prevention

• Design and improve fraud detection and prevention strategies
• Analyze fraud patterns and optimize rejection logic and fraud rules
• Evaluate the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures and recommend improvements
• Monitor suspicious activities and identify abnormal behavior trends

System & Process Optimization

• Improve data pipelines and integration processes to ensure platform stability and accuracy
• Identify opportunities for automation in reporting and analysis workflows
• Support engineering and product teams with data-driven recommendations
• Assist in reducing vulnerabilities and improving platform reliability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, engineering, business, and support teams
• Collaborate with advertisers and publishers to improve tracking accuracy and campaign performance
• Participate in testing and validating new platform features and SDK updates

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain documentation related to fraud detection methodologies and reporting processes
• Create internal resources and best practices for analytical workflows
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing on fraud prevention and analytical tools

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate SQL proficiency
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with Python or R for analysis or automation is a plus
• Understanding of digital advertising metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong experience analyzing large datasets and identifying trends or anomalies
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to troubleshoot data pipeline and integration issues
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams

Preferred Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, fraud detection, or related fields
• Experience within gaming, AdTech, or digital advertising industries
• Familiarity with reward-based advertising or offerwall platforms
• Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning models for fraud detection is a plus
