About the role
Supercargo' is seeking an exceptional Customer Service to join our dynamic team in Batam Riau Islands. As a fulltime Customer Service , you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
What you'll be doing
Providing professional and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat
Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
Assist in preparing and checking shipping documents.
What we're looking for
Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding , or customer service is an advantage.
Fluency in communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service
