Job Summary
We are looking for a Cost Controller to oversee and manage all cost-related activities for our hospitality operations. The focus is on stock and inventory control, cost tracking, and financial oversight to ensure profitability and efficiency across all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control operational costs (food, beverage, housekeeping, maintenance).
Implement and maintain inventory control systems for accurate stock levels, usage, and reordering.
Analyze consumption reports and identify areas of wastage or cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with purchasing and department heads to track POs, vendor invoices, and cost allocations by cost center (e.g., villa, F&B outlet).
Produce monthly cost reports, variance analysis, and budget vs. actual reports for management.
Assist in developing cost-control SOPs and internal audits to ensure compliance.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and margin improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Prior experience in hospitality or F&B cost control is highly preferred. - 3 years minimum. - 5 star Hotel level or Corporate companies with big flows.
Strong understanding of inventory systems and hospitality purchasing processes.
Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, accounting software, or ERP (Odoo/Zoho/etc.).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication skills for cross-department coordination.
