About the RoleAs a General Affairs Staff, you will be responsible for supporting daily business operations through effective facility management, employee support services, inventory control, and documentation handling. Your role ensures the office remains well-organized, well-supplied, and compliant with administrative and legal requirements.
What You'll Be DoingProvide essential facilities for employees, including ID cards, uniforms, laptops, and other necessary tools for both new and existing staff.
Perform routine data backups every three months to ensure secure and reliable digital data storage.
Manage office facilities, including asset inventory, procurement, maintenance, and distribution.
Ensure the daily availability of office stationery (ATK) and consumables.
Coordinate and manage requests for drivers and operational vehicles to support company activities.
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth office operations.
Monitor and report weekly employee attendance.
Maintain and update the company newsletter and website content.
Handle company permits and legal documentation to support business operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ensure all company assets are accurately recorded, traceable, and well-maintained.
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Office Administration, Management, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or Facility Support.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Willing to be based in Lombok.
Experience with company licensing and permit handling.
Familiarity with IT support tasks such as routine data backup and basic equipment management.
Experience in maritime, shipping, or logistics industries.
