FINNS Beach Club is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief of Security (VIP) to oversee and manage our VIP security operations, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Reporting Line:

The VIP Chief of Security will report directly to the Senior Security Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, coordinate, evaluate, and supervise all security operations and building security systems.
• Ensure overall safety, order, and security across the property in line with established standards.
• Manage VIP security operations with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective preventive measures.
• Prepare and ensure the availability of fire safety equipment.
• Support investigations and respond to incidents as required.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Chief of Security or at least 1 year as a Chief of Security.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills, especially in report management.
• In-depth knowledge of investigation procedures and fire life safety protocols.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A professional, discreet, and proactive approach to security management.
