Cybertrend is hiring a competent and highly motivated Business Writer. Your primary duties will be determining the writing objectives via thorough research and creating business plans and proposals that align with them. Apart from excellent research and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, you will be required to translate the key parameters and metrics into actionable insights that will support us in improving our business and achieving our goals. Our business writer will write the plans and proposals that keep everyone as informed as possible.

We are looking someone with:

• At least 1 (one) year of experience as a business or technical writer in area digital technology and innovation
• Excellent researching, writing, editing and interviewing skills
• English proficient communication skills
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and Bahasa
• Tech-savvy with the ability to maintain and organize electronic files
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with all departments
• Bachelor's degree/Master degree in an associated field (English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, etc.)
• Possess exemplary technical business writing which written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Passionate about Data Science and AI Technology.

The work you'll do:

• Collaborating with leaders to determine writing objectives
• Compiling all relevant research using a variety of sources (interviews, financial reports, etc.)
• Writing plans and proposals that identify key trends, Support RFP projects and bid teams from initial strategy call through proposal submission to client.
• Providing key background knowledge in reports as well as strategic solutions
• Presenting reports to leaders and making revisions as needed
• Updating reports based on emerging research or changing protocol
• Ensuring that all documentation is preserved and properly filed

Marketing

• Manage all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence on behalf of the Company
• Proactively generate ways to advance the Company brand in industry trade publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, conference participation and other forms of advertising
• Create & implement the annual marketing plan budget
