PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with business clients (e.g., restaurants, hotels, grocery stores) who purchase bakery products for resale or use in their businesses.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's presence within the F&B Industry (especially BAKERY).
Proactively identify potential clients such as bakery chains, food service providers, hotels, restaurants, distributors, and retail networks.
Analyze market trends and customer demands within the bakery sector to recommend new product opportunities or enhancements.
Collaborate closely with production, R&D, logistics, and marketing departments to ensure customer needs are met and operational execution aligns with sales commitments.
Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales forecasts, and generate accurate reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the bakery, food service, or FMCG sectors.
Familiarity with bakery-related products typically used in HORECA settings (e.g., bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute B2B sales strategies, close deals, and manage long sales cycles.
Have an existing database of potential and relevant HORECA customers, including key contacts in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and customer insights to inform decision-making
