Job Summary:
The B2B Business Development Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business partnerships with corporate entities, government agencies, insurance providers, and other healthcare organizations. This pivotal role will drive the expansion of PT Cepat Sehat Indonesia's reach and revenue by crafting tailored healthcare solutions and digital platforms that meet the unique needs of our B2B clients. You'll be a key player in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Identification: Proactively research and identify high-potential B2B clients, including large corporations, government health departments, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers, who can benefit from Cepat Sehat's integrated services and digital health solutions.
Needs Assessment & Solution Design: Conduct thorough needs analyses with prospective clients to understand their specific healthcare challenges. Collaborate with internal medical, technology, and operations teams to design, propose, and customize integrated healthcare service packages or digital health platforms.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities within the Indonesian healthcare market to identify new opportunities and maintain Cepat Sehat's competitive edge.
Proposal Development & Negotiation: Develop compelling, data-driven proposals and presentations that clearly articulate Cepat Sehat's value proposition. Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure favorable terms and successfully close contracts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, meticulously tracking progress through CRM tools and providing accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing to develop targeted B2B campaigns, with operations to ensure seamless service delivery, and with product/tech teams to provide market insights for future innovations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in B2B business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare, health tech, or insurance sectors.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing large B2B accounts and exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with government entities or large corporations in Indonesia is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
