Jobdesc :1. SOP Management & Enforcement (Develop, Update and Maintain clear and accessible SOPs across departements. Ensure all employee understand and consistency follow approved procedures. Acs as Gatekeeper for SOP changes and ensure alignment with system processes and digital tools2. SLA & Cut Off Date Monitoring (Monitor key operational activities to ensure adherence to defined cut-off dates, turnaround times (TATs), and SLAs. Raise alerts and followup on potential or actual delays. Coordinate with process owner and departement leads to resolve compliance gaps in a timely manner)3. Performance Monitoring & Review (Identify departements or teams that regulary underperform or fail to acomply with SOPs of SLAs. Conduct root cause analyses in collaboration with the business process team. Recommend corrective actions and support process re-training where necessary)

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration (Work closely with the digital control team to align SOPs with system functionality and automation. Collaborate with the business process departement to ensure process governance, KPI, Tracking and Reporting. Serve as bridge between operations and technology for continuous improvement)5. Reporting and Audit Readliness (Prepare regular compliance and performance reports for management review. Support internal and External audits by providing updated SOPs and Eviedence of produceral compliance. Maintain a robust and version-Controlled SOP Repository)
