As we take this ambitious journey of growing to 1000 stores, we're looking for a results-driven Associate, Performance Marketing to lead and optimize our marketing performance—crafting compelling digital campaigns, enhancing customer experience, and driving conversions across all platforms to support our nationwide expansion.
Key Responsibility :
Geo-targeted Campaign Management
Set up and monitor hyper-local advertising campaigns designed to drive footfall to specific Apotek Inofarm locations
Work with the team to align digital campaigns with local promotions, new store openings, and catchment strategies
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Manage paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Search/Display, and other relevant platforms
Optimize daily performance (adjust budgets, bids, and targeting) to improve metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and store visits
Audience & Creative Collaboration
Define and refine local audiences (radius targeting, zip codes, neighborhoods, etc) to reach potential customers around Apotek Inofarma locations
Work closely with the teams to ensure messaging feels local, relevant, and brand-aligned
Analysis & Reporting
Track campaign results, focusing on offline outcomes: increased footfall, store transactions, local engagement
Build and share clear reports and insights of the results.
Testing & Learning
Help design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, messaging, and targeting — especially to see what drives local store visits
Market & Competitor Insights
Monitor competitor activities in local digital advertising; share ideas to keep our campaigns fresh and competitive
Your Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with hands-on geo-location / local targeting campaigns
Familiarity with Meta Ads' local awareness campaigns, Google Local campaigns, or similar tools
Understanding of key digital metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, store visits
Comfort working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager dashboards, Excel, etc.)
Have an interest in health digital platforms and a willingness to learn something new.
Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data and translate it into action plans.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and do experimentation.
Able to speak english.
