About the role

Stella Maris School is seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic early childhood education team. This full-time contract role will be based in our Banten location, where you will play a crucial part in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that foster holistic development in areas such as language, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical skills
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and a love of learning
• Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all school policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or similar early childhood setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Demonstrated creativity and innovative teaching methods to engage young learners
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
