Summary
Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible for the managing the daily opportunities required by strong leadership, and manage the day-to-day operation of hotel outlets. This position is also ultimately responsible for the quality of service provided.
1. Ensure a high level of service excellence to enhance the overall guest experience.
2. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, emphasizing the importance of outstanding guest service.
4. Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
5. Ensure the menu meets brand standards and is consistent in quality and presentation.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
7. Address food-related concerns and quality issues promptly.
8. Assist in managing the restaurant's online presence and social media accounts
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
10. Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, such as coordinating with the front desk for reservations and guest preferences.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
1. A Diploma or Degree in hospitality or similar
2. Self-motivated with strong leadership, communication and administration skills.
3. A passion for F&B and pride in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
5. Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably within a hotel setting.
6. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service.
7. Familiarity with restaurant management software and hotel property management systems.
8. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest demands.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
10. Understanding of brand standards and a commitment to upholding them.
