About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin PIB PEB to join our team at PT. CJ Logistics Indonesia in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our import and export customs processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Role and Responsibilities :
Prepare and process import and export customs documents (PIB and PEB)
Drafting PIB and PEB
Collect pickup DO charges and invoices tax receipts from shipping lines/forwarders
Submit repair cost waiver requests and monitor approval status
Handle container stacking agreements with shipping lines
Create gate passes for export and import shipment
Report port deposits to Finance for reconciliation
Liaise with government agencies and customs authorities to ensure timely clearance of goods
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customs activities
Assist in resolving any customs-related issues or discrepancies
Support the broader logistics team with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the import/export or customs industry
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Proficient in using relevant software and IT systems
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
