Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day financial administrative tasks, process and verify financial documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts
· Record and update financial transactions in the system accurately
· Perform regular reconciliation to ensure consistency between documents and recorded data
· Prepare periodic reports related to payables and receivables (weekly/monthly)
· Support the finance and accounting team during the closing and reporting periods
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgeting processes
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial documentation and timely submissions
· Organize and maintain financial records or transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
· Support the finance & accounting team in audits and external reporting
· Liaise with vendors, clients, and partners regarding payment and billing matters
Qualifications:
· Minimum graduated from High School majoring accounting
· Minimum 2 year of experience in finance or administrative role
· Proficient in using finance/accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and Microsoft Excel
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
