About the role
Reporting to the FAT Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting & Tax Staff to join our team at PT MBH Management' in Bekasi, West Java. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounting and tax-related responsibilities, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting.
What you'll be doing
Performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining general ledgers, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Preparing and filing tax returns, including income tax, value-added tax, and other relevant taxes
Coordinating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory authorities
Providing support in implementing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or tax-related role, preferably in the property or management mall sector
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
Proficient in using accounting software (Accurate/ MYOB/ etc.) and MS Office applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business environment
