We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Development Manager to join our automotive manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development and localization of automotive components, ensuring cost, quality, and timing targets are met. This role requires strong technical knowledge of automotive parts, proficiency in Bill of Materials (BOM) management, and hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems. Fluency in English is essential for effective coordination with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end development process of automotive parts, from concept to mass production.

• Work closely with design, purchasing, quality, and production teams to ensure part feasibility, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.

• Review and manage BOM structures, ensuring accurate data and revisions within the ERP (SAP) system.

• Conduct technical evaluations and supplier development activities, including tooling reviews, PPAP processes, and localization strategies.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and technical milestones to ensure timely part readiness.

• Serve as the technical liaison between global engineering teams, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Generate technical documentation, reports, and presentations in English for management and cross-functional meetings.

• Support cost reduction and VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) initiatives related to parts.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive part development or related manufacturing roles.

• Strong knowledge of BOM management and ERP SAP system operation.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Experience with CAD, drawing interpretation, and technical specification analysis.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and IATF16949 is an advantage.
