Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing: Develop recruitment plans, post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, handle labor contract signing, and register for social insurance & housing funds.
Employee Performance & Attendance: Calculate employee salaries including basic pay, allowances, and bonuses; maintain accurate and compliant attendance records.
Office & Logistics Management: Manage daily maintenance of office premises to ensure a safe and orderly work environment; oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies and control administrative costs.
Compliance Management: Monitor changes in Indonesian government policies (e.g., labor laws), promptly adjust company policies, and communicate them to employees to prevent compliance risks.
Company Policies: Develop HR and administrative policies, localize them based on local regulations and the company's global policies.
Job Requirements:
Good conduct, familiar with Indonesian labor laws, social insurance policies, and strong compliance awareness.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written); Chinese language skills preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above; proficient in computer use and MS Office software.
Excellent communication skills and service awareness; adept at cross-department coordination and government relations; strong conflict resolution skills.
