The Account Manager will oversee and grow the strategic relationship with a major carrier client, driving contract development, execution, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet complex telecommunications requirements.

Description

• Oversee mid- and long-tail merchants through the use of scalable incubation and management programs and tools.
• Oversee the preparation, approval, and management of contracts to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Lead customer negotiations to secure agreements that align with both client and company objectives.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support internal reviews and decision-making processes.
• Manage authorization workflows and ensure effective execution of all account-related activities.
• Uphold the quality of service offered by sellers, aiming for low cancellation and return rates, efficient shipping times, and other factors that boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Profile

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 5-8 years in account management or related roles
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
• Attention to detail, comfort with numerical data, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
• Fluent in English
• Proven ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives
• Experienced in selling ICT Software/Hardware products, such as infrastructure solutions, Cloud, Cybersecurity or others.
• Strong network within local SOE Telco Company
