Job Responsibilities:

A. Warehouse on-site process management:

• Formulate, monitor, and analyze the KPI of the warehouse stationed there, and urge third parties to make improvements (four major indicators: timely receipt rate, timely delivery rate, inventory accuracy rate, and delivery accuracy rate).

• Inspection and supervision of the safety, on-site 5S, inventory check, and standardized operation of the third party stationed in the warehouse

• Monitor the third-party efficiency anomaly, personnel Attrition Rate and core management personnel change

• Communicate closely with the regional warehouse management and the corresponding professional line management of the headquarters, and issue and train the system requirements

• Process optimization opportunity points, pilot summary of on-site operation micro-innovation and feedback

• Cooperate with the management department to verify the expense settlement data

• Check monthly expense settlement with third parties

B. Communicate with various functional areas of business:

• Procurement: Coordination and handling of returns and receipt exceptions

• Stock Control/Supply Chain: Business Demand Planning, Inventory

• Carrier: Capacity demand, scheduling coordination

• Store: Difference handling, documentation processing

• Technical support: abnormal reporting and tracking processing

• System planning: functional fault tolerance and optimization

• Finance: On-site confirmation and supervision of profit and loss disposal, and confirmation of value-added service fee settlement

• Quality control: all kinds of temporary reports, abnormal assessment reporting

• Other temporary work

Job Requirements:

1. Education : Bachelor Degree is a must

2. Language : Fluent in English is a must

3. Placement : Jakarta and Surabaya

4. Age: Below 35 years old

5. Professional experience: More than 2 years of experience in large-scale warehouse management, familiar with ERP, WMS, OFFICE operations, strong data analysis ability, logical language expression ability, strong communication skills, experience in team management of more than 50 people and large supermarket warehousing work experience is preferred.
