Manage the director's email and calendar with precision
Keep client inboxes organised and actioned
Oversee and update project boards (we use Monday.com)
Send and follow up on invoices using Xero
Support client onboarding and internal processes
Take meeting notes, assign action items, and ensure follow-through
Maintain and improve internal SOPs and workflows
Support with light content tasks (emails, case studies, social posts)

Have experience as a VA or Executive Assistant in a remote setup
Know how to run a calendar and an inbox like clockwork
Have used project management tools like Monday.com
