  • Manage the director's email and calendar with precision

  • Keep client inboxes organised and actioned

  • Oversee and update project boards (we use Monday.com)

  • Send and follow up on invoices using Xero

  • Support client onboarding and internal processes

  • Take meeting notes, assign action items, and ensure follow-through

  • Maintain and improve internal SOPs and workflows

  • Support with light content tasks (emails, case studies, social posts)

  • Have experience as a VA or Executive Assistant in a remote setup

  • Know how to run a calendar and an inbox like clockwork

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken) - MANDATORY

  • Proactive โ€” you spot issues before they become problems

  • Organised โ€” details don't slip past you, and nothing gets dropped

  • Tech-savvy โ€” you're confident with modern digital tools (or quick to learn)
