What You'll DoVideography & Photography: Film and shoot properties (land, villas, developments) using drone, gimbal, and camera equipment.
Editing & Storytelling: Edit professional videos with cinematic cuts, music, text, and branding to showcase properties in a way that drives engagement.
Content Creation: Produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that grabs attention and builds our brand authority.
Media Management: Organize and store footage, photos, and deliverables in our system (Google Drive / Monday.com).
Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and agents to craft content strategies that make every listing stand out.
Innovation: Stay up to date with content trends in luxury real estate, lifestyle, and social media to keep Pellago ahead of the curve.
Proven experience in videography, editing, and content creation (portfolio required).
Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
Skilled in drone operation and cinematic shooting techniques.
Strong eye for detail, design, and storytelling.
Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing projects.
Passion for real estate, architecture, or lifestyle content is a plus.
Self-driven, proactive, and excited to grow with a fast-moving agency.
