Job description

1. Review and ensure the accuracy of all monthly and annual tax calculations and filings (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, Corporate Tax).

2. Familiar with Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Equity Movement, Cash Flow, Financial Statements, and Journal Adjustments.

3. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by ensuring consistent and high-quality service.

4. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure zero mistakes in deliverables.

5. Daily communications with the clients

6. Responsible for filing (either digitally or in hard copies) of clients' data and keeping it private and confidential

7. Administrative and Compliance support for the job-related

8. Expense Tracking awareness with the Indonesian Taxation

KPI

1. Monthly Bookkeeping of EMERHUB Clients through systems/manual

2. Provide the Monthly Report (Income Statement, Balance Statement, and Equity Report) for EMERHUB Clients.

3. Administrative filing for the transaction on a digital/manual basis

4. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements :

1. Freshgraduate from Taxation, Accounting, / Finance from a reputable University

2. Have knowledges or experiences about accounting & tax

3. Familiar or have knowledge about software (e.g., Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
