About the role

As a UI/UX Designer at PT Esphere Techno Corindo, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and user experience of our innovative digital products.

This is part-time and flexible hours position, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely to design visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

What you'll be doing

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that seamlessly translate user requirements into engaging digital experiences

• Convert the wireframes into HTML/CSS

• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centred design, and interaction design

• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with engineers

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address user pain points

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions
