About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our Strategic Consulting team. You will assist analysts in preparing market research publications and support consultancy projects for clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and analyzing real estate market data

• Support the preparation of the Quarterly Marketbeat Research Report

• Help prepare client consultancy reports, including location, economic & demography analysis and property market data collection

• Conduct desktop research and benchmarking exercises

• Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure timely delivery of insights 

About You:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, Economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented, with good communication skills
