• Identify, outreach to, and collaborate with TikTok creators in Indonesia and beyond

• Coordinate product seeding, feedback loops, and creator database management

• Track content performance and provide actionable insights

• Co-create content briefs and test scripts that blend authenticity with conversion

• Align with internal team and creators to ensure smooth content production

You'll sit at the heart of our creator marketing engine, directly shaping our brand's growth and visibility on TikTok.

You'll work directly with the CEO and content strategist, and be trusted to own campaigns and lead creator initiatives as you grow.

Depending on your strength, you can branch into campaign strategy, content ideation, or cross-border influencer marketing.

• Has experience working with TikTok/Instagram creators (agency, brand, or self-managed)

• Understands social platform trends, viral dynamics, and creator culture

• Is ambitious, hands-on, and learns fast by doing

• Bonus: Familiarity with Gen Z or mother & baby audience

• International exposure: We're expanding into Malaysia, Europe, and the U.S.
