About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at PT Milan Ecowood Indonesia. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding our customer base. This full-time position is based in Tangerang, Banten, and offers the opportunity to work with a leading player in the industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
5. Accurately record and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
6. Contribute to the overall sales goals and objectives of the organisation

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the Penjualan or Perwakilan/Konsultan Penjualan industry including Specifier
2. Since we need more grades, those who freshly graduated are welcome to apply
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer objections and close deals
5. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, specially hi-end or premium products
6. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
7. A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
