4-6 years in Test Automation (2+ years in leadership preferred)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Test Automation Lead to drive the automation strategy and execution for over 32 global eCommerce applications(AOS/IOS) of a leading multinational electronics company. As part of a specialized QA service firm, you will be responsible for establishing and evolving test automation frameworks and practices while leading a dedicated team of engineers.

·        Define and continuously evolve test automation architecture for mobile eCommerce platforms.

·        Lead the planning, development, and maintenance of automated test suites using tools such as Katalon, Selenium, and Appium.

·        Collaborate with QA managers, developers, and product owners across different global teams to ensure high-quality releases.

·        Identify opportunities for test coverage improvements, process automation, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

·        Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers across multiple agile teams.

·        Maintain quality dashboards, report on automation coverage, and identify bottlenecks and risks.

·        Ensure effective communication across global stakeholders and lead discussions in English.

·        4-6 years of hands-on experience in test automation, including architecture design and framework implementation.

·        Proven experience with Katalon Studio, Selenium WebDriver, and Appium for both Android and iOS.

·        Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).

·        Experience leading test automation efforts across large-scale global applications.

·        Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

·        Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to collaborate with cross-cultural and remote teams.

·        Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and grow team members.

·        Experience working with global QA teams or vendors in a consulting or service-based environment.

·        Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Hybris, AEM, etc.

·        ISTQB or relevant QA certifications are a plus.

·        Work on cutting-edge, high-traffic eCommerce applications used in over 60 countries.

·        Take ownership of automation strategy in a dynamic and supportive team.
