Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all maintenance and repair activities to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous terminal operations in compliance with industry standards and company policies, including equipment preservation, maintenance planning, budget control, technical permits, and execution of infrastructure improvement and expansion projects in coordination with Operations, HSSE, and other stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Plan, formulate, implement, and administer all maintenance and repair activities to ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate standards, and operational requirements.
- Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and facility availability.
- Ensure preservation, integrity, and continuous availability of terminal equipment and facilities to support uninterrupted operations and required process parameters.
- Lead and manage the Maintenance Department, including maintenance planning, execution, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor annual maintenance budgets, capital investments, procurement activities, and cost optimization programs.
- Manage technical permits, certifications, inspections, and licenses to ensure full regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
- Lead terminal expansion and infrastructure improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, contractor management, execution, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with Operations, HSSE, Logistics, Procurement, and other departments to execute maintenance activities without compromising safety, environmental compliance, or operational continuity.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of maintenance and project activities.
- Conduct asset integrity assessments, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Review and approve maintenance-related purchase requests and purchase orders in accordance with company procedures and delegated authority limits.
- Provide technical recommendations regarding facility upgrades, asset replacement, permit requirements, and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, risk management requirements, and industry best practices across all maintenance and project activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance terminal performance, equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and asset lifecycle management
Requirement:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, asset integrity, or terminal operations within oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, energy, tank terminal, or related industries.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing maintenance programs, reliability improvement initiatives, and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, CAPEX/OPEX management, and procurement processes.
- Experience in obtaining and maintaining technical permits, certifications, and regulatory compliance requirements.
