Responsibilities:

Ensure our systems and related IT environment are secure, scalable, and aligned with standards while supporting business growth in a dynamic digital environment.

Job Description:

• Design and implement enterprise security goals aligned with business strategy and global frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, Etc), including reviewing procedures, standards and policies
• Improve security scores with implements security recommendations
• Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g. Zero Trust, XDR) and provide cost-benefit recommendations
• Aligning security initiative implementation and standard with holding (PT. Indika Energy Tbk.)
• Conduct security assessment & gap analysis, and define risk mitigation strategies
• Closely collaborate with SOC team to strengthen incident detection, preventive & architecture
• Ensure strong Disaster Recovery (DR) & Business Continuity (BCP) security framework is running well, revisit policies when necessary
• Lead security design across on-premises & cloud environments with “security-bydesign” principles, including work closely with IT infrastructure, IT application to enforce secure coding, deployment, and operational practices.
• Aligning company risk matrix along with Risk & Business Assurance team, and making sure to keep it updated
• Ensure compliance with local and/or international regulatory (UU PDP, Kominfo, etc.).
• Partner with stakeholders across IT & business to drive security governance
• Assess and manage third-party/vendor security risks
• • Oversee and reviews user access control and privileged access for internal and external systems
• Coordinate and lead an ISO 27001 annual audit process

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Security
• Having relevant certifications (one or more preferred) in IT/Cyber Security: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security
• Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CompTIA Security+, Etc.
• Experience with cloud ecosystem in managing security tools and standards
• Familiarity with ITIL principles (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
