Stanford is a P2P lending Multinational Company that engages in Fintech Business in Indonesia. Utilising big data and our expertise in mobile technology, we aim to help people to benefit from inclusive finance efficiently. This position will be in the operational department.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and manage a team leader and Telemarketing agent, ensuring they meet or exceed their daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service targets
Designed telemarketing team flow process, jobdesc, KPI, reward & incentive
Create all team target & sales plan and deliver to team based on daily,weekly,monthly basis.
Control monitoring & review sales team performance to improving the metric objective such as contacted rate, live monitoring
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to your team to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in a call centre or customer service environment
Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and coach a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results
Proficient in using call centre software and data analysis tools to track and report on team performance
Thorough understanding of customer service and sales best practices
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Has experience in fintech industry will be an advantage
Placement in Yogyakarta
Preferable domicile in Yogyakarta.
Able to work Hybrid
