About the role
We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team at PT. Bank Nationalnobu, tbk. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and informative documentation to support the development and implementation of our cutting-edge banking solutions. This is a full-time position based in Karawaci Banten, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and ensuring the success of our technical projects.
What you'll be doing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including penetration tester, product managers, and subject matter experts, to understand and document complex technical information
Develop user guides, tutorials, and other documentation to support the implementation and usage of our banking products and services in the Cyber Security Division
Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's brand and style guidelines
Continuously improve and refine technical documentation based on user feedback and changes in the product or service offerings
Manage the documentation review and approval process, ensuring that all content meets the required standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of our documentation
What we're looking for
<1 (fresh graduates are welcome) - 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and technologies, as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly documentation
Proficiency in using various documentation tools and platforms, such as Confluence, Jira, and Markdown
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all your work
