PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the team to achieve performance targets, ensuring efficiency and productivity in daily operations.
Ensure adherence to processes, policies and procedures in providing quality and consistent service delivery.
Identifying areas for improvement and implement action plans.
Escalate to the supervisor if necessary, such as there is no improvement in the agent's performance, coaching has been carried out by team leader, or following up on customer needs or complaints to client.
Coach team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support agent development.
Requirements:
Diploma degree in any related field with min. GPA 2.75.
Has 1 year working experience as Supervisor/Team Leader & other positions as supporting staff in contact center industry.
Experience in Live Chat is a great advantages.
Proficient problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and to identify the decision making possibilities.
Ready to work on shifting 24 hours.
Willing to work immediately.
Willing to be placed in Tegal, Central Java.
