DGI is a key organization providing strategic and practical support to 6 Daewoong subsidiaries across Indonesia. Based in Jakarta and Bali, we manage various functions including HR, legal, finance, administration, IT, and public relations. By offering systematic and efficient support, we help each business unit achieve its best performance with solutions tailored to the local market environment. We also ensure that Daewoong Group's vision and mission are effectively communicated throughout our subsidiaries in Indonesia, playing a central role in driving sustainable growth. At DGI, we provide a strong foundation that enables Daewoong Group to successfully operate and grow in Indonesia.

Your Role in this Journey:

1. Coordinate and manage relationships with external tax consultants to ensure accurate tax planning, compliance, and advisory services

2. Act as the main point of contact for tax officers during tax audits, queries, and inspections, and ensure timely resolution of tax matters

3. Supervise the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax) for all affiliates and subsidiaries

4. Reconcile tax accounts and ensure tax balances in the general ledger align with tax filings

5. Monitor changes in local and global tax laws and regulations, assess their impact, and ensure compliance with the latest requirements

6. Support the preparation of annual Corporate Income Tax Reports (SPT Tahunan) and ensure timely submission to the tax office.

7. Review supporting tax documents and ensure proper tax documentation and filing for audit trails

8. Identify tax risks and provide recommendations to minimize exposure and penalties

9. Assist in transfer pricing documentation and related-party transaction compliance as required

10. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Accounting, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth tax operations

11. Provide guidance and coaching to junior tax staff to maintain high standards of tax compliance and reporting

Who We're Excited to Meet:

Required:

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and advisory

• Experience liaising with tax officers and handling tax audits.

• Proven ability to coordinate with external tax consultants and advisors.

• Strong skills in tax reconciliation and financial analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software; experience with ERP systems is an advantage

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry setting.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
