Responsibilities:
This role encompasses marketing communications support and requires excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with doctors and partners.
Marketing Communications
Plan and execute integrated marketing plans encompassing digital, social media and offline marketing to achieve campaign objectives which involves
Developing, writing and posting social media content for our social media channels
Updating website content
Assisting in the production of marketing collaterals such as brochures, name cards and signages etc for centres
Executing email blast campaigns
Liaising with doctors, internal stakeholders, external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns are launched on time
Events
Plan and execute end-to-end online or in-person events which includes publicity, RSVPs management, event management etc
Support and assist in the project management of CSR partnership projects
Others
Assist and support any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned which support the overall healthcare function and commercial interests of the company
Requirements
Preferably a degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience, healthcare experience will be an added advantage, willing to travel within Indonesia if needed
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player who can work well with doctors, partners and cross-functional departments and vendors
Meticulous with an ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ensure prompt follow-up and project management and keep to tight deadlines
Able to work independently and results driven
Ability to create content for social media and website through design, photography and video production will have an added advantage
