About the role
Join PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia' as a Tax Officer. In this full-time role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's tax compliance and providing strategic tax advice to the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and documents in a timely manner
Conduct tax planning and research to optimise the company's tax position
Liaise with tax authorities and handle tax audits and assessments
Analyse tax laws and regulations to identify opportunities for tax savings
Provide tax advice and support to other departments within the company
Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation
Stay informed of changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate their impact to the organisation
Ensure that Income Tax withholding and tax invoice issuance comply with applicable tax regulations.
Prepare tax reports such as monthly Income Tax (PPh) and VAT (PPN) returns and annual tax return
Perform sales and expense reconciliation
What we're looking for
A degree in Accounting or Taxation, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar tax role
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
Proficient in using tax software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in taxation or CPA/CA qualifications would be an advantage
