We're hiring a TEMPORARY Procurement Staff Strategist to support us and expected to begin in early July 2025 as part of our team in Multinational Company running in Equipment & Lifting, Hoist & Cranes. If you're skilled in procurement, negotiation, administration skill, supplier management and reporting—and you enjoy working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment—we would love to connect!
Responsibilities:
Issue Purchase Order based on purchase requests and Job Orders received from the Sales Department, check the completeness of information such as product specifications, delivery quantities and delivery according to customer needs for both material purchases and Vendor service purchases.
To check incoming invoices from Suppliers and ensure the completeness of documentations i.e: Delivery Notes and PO before submitting them to the Accounting & Finance Department.
Determine the allocation of material usage (customers) based on purchase requests received from inventory staff.
Provide information of new material code from the sales team for JO making, to avoid differences the entry code and material exit code.
Updating purchase transaction records in ERP system such as the entry of transportation and packaging costs for local transactions, import duties, freight costs, packaging and handling costs for imported materials.
Issuing a Payment Request for payment of Import Duties on Imported Materials.
Coordinate closely with Warehouse staff to update information on the packing list to be used for goods allocation and incoming goods schedule after receiving confirmation from the forwarder.
Update list of order especially PO and incoming plan both local and global.
Negotiating prices with suppliers, either by comparing prices with other suppliers or looking for new suppliers to achieve a cheap purchase price with good quality and timely delivery and an appropriate payment term.
Additional Responsibilities:
To carry out other duties as may be required from time to time by the Procurement Assistant Manager.
Required Skills:
Possess at least D3 or bachelor's degree
Good Communication and Negotiation Skill
More than 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in industrial equipments or trading industry
Knowledge and understanding of Accurate System is preferable
Knowledge of crane/hoist components is a plus
Fluency in English both Speaking and Writing
Good problem solving, fast learner, self-initiative, good team work, adaptability and resilience
Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
