Role SummaryThe Talent Management & Learning Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development strategies that align with organizational goals. This role ensures employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and growth opportunities needed to perform effectively and advance in their careers.
Key Rensponsibilities1. Conduct skills gap analyses and learning needs assessments across departments.2. Design and deliver learning programs (e-learning, workshops, blended learning).3. Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and track training effectiveness.4. Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.5. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to align learning with strategic goals.6. Evaluate training outcomes using performance data and feedback.7. Stay current with learning technologies, trends, and adult learning principles.8. Promote a culture of continuous learning and career development
Competency Area1. Talent Strategy Alignment : Aligns talent initiatives with organizational goals and workforce planning.2.
