Cave Men's Grooming is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding — while actively supporting the development of our employer brand. This position plays a key role in helping us build a high-performing team to drive the company's expansion in the men's grooming industry.
Job Description
Collaborate with Users to understand hiring needs and role requirements across departments.
Create and publish job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, university networks, etc.).
Actively source, approach, and engage potential candidates through online and offline channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit based on technical and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Prepare and deliver timely recruitment progress reports and insights to management.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong ability to source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and community groups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment management tools.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right talent.
