Cave Men's Grooming is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding — while actively supporting the development of our employer brand. This position plays a key role in helping us build a high-performing team to drive the company's expansion in the men's grooming industry.

Job Description

• Collaborate with Users to understand hiring needs and role requirements across departments.

• Create and publish job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, university networks, etc.).

• Actively source, approach, and engage potential candidates through online and offline channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit based on technical and cultural alignment.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

• Prepare and deliver timely recruitment progress reports and insights to management.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.

• Strong ability to source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and community groups.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment management tools.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right talent.
