We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition and People Development Specialist to join our growing financial organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent while also playing a key role in the design and execution of employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the financial industry and a proven track record in both recruitment and talent development functions.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.

  • Utilize a mix of traditional and modern recruitment channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient communication and coordination.

  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports to track metrics and improve processes.

People Development:
  • Assist in the design and execution of learning & development programs across departments.

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to enhance new employee integration.

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning pathways aligned with business needs.

  • Support talent review processes, performance management cycles, and career development plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a strong employee engagement culture.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People Development, preferably in the financial services industry (e.g., banking, fintech, P2P lending, insurance).

  • Familiarity with HR tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of financial industry compliance and organizational structure is a plus.

  • Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
