We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition and People Development Specialist to join our growing financial organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent while also playing a key role in the design and execution of employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the financial industry and a proven track record in both recruitment and talent development functions.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
Utilize a mix of traditional and modern recruitment channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient communication and coordination.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports to track metrics and improve processes.
Assist in the design and execution of learning & development programs across departments.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to enhance new employee integration.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning pathways aligned with business needs.
Support talent review processes, performance management cycles, and career development plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a strong employee engagement culture.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People Development, preferably in the financial services industry (e.g., banking, fintech, P2P lending, insurance).
Familiarity with HR tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of financial industry compliance and organizational structure is a plus.
Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
