About the role

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team at Prakasa Group. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our online sales and marketing initiatives. Based in Tangerang, Banten, you will play a crucial part in expanding our digital presence and enhancing the customer experience across our eCommerce channels.

What you'll be doing

eCommerce Platform Operations

• Manage and optimize product listings across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and others

• Maintain accurate pricing, stock availability, content (images, descriptions), and promotional banners

• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for sync across platforms

Content & Listing Optimization

• Write, edit, and improve product titles, descriptions, SEO keywords, and images

• A/B test listings to improve clickthrough rates and conversion

• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators

Ad Campaign Management

• Set up and monitor platform-specific eCommerce ads (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

• Analyze performance, allocate budgets, and optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

• Prepare weekly ad performance reports with actionable recommendations

Live Selling Team Management

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of live sellers across TikTok and Shopee Live

• Set and monitor daily/weekly targets

• Oversee live selling schedules, script preparation, and product rotation

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and energy during streams

Campaign & Promotion Coordination

• Execute platform-specific campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 10.10, Payday Sales)

• Manage voucher and bundle strategy to drive basket size

• Liaise with platform account managers

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing roles

2. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, website analytics, and digital marketing tools

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise online performance

4. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

5. Proven track record of managing a team of live sellers

6. Familiarity with search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across different teams

8. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
