ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We're hunting for a bold Supply Chain Planning & Control Executive who's hungry to revolutionize how we deliver the perfect Dikichi experience. 

You'll be the mastermind behind our supply chain excellence — ensuring every piece of crispy chicken reaches our customers exactly when they crave it. From forecasting to fulfillment, you'll own the entire flow that keeps Dikichi winning hearts across Indonesia. 

This isn't just about managing inventory. It's about becoming the backbone of our nationwide expansion and proving you can scale operations that feed millions. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Own Product Availability - Be the hero who ensures zero stockouts and zero disappointed customers across all Distribution Centers and Stores 
• Master Strategic Planning - Design razor-sharp replenishment plans that optimize every gram, every rupiah, and every delivery 

• Build Supplier Powerhouses - Forge unbreakable vendor relationships and guarantee flawless on-time delivery, every time 

• Drive Data-Driven Decisions - Dive deep into forecast accuracy, crush bottlenecks, and deliver insights that transform performance 

• Solve Big Problems - Eliminate slow-moving stock, prevent short expiry disasters, and create bulletproof FIFO/FEFO execution 

• Champion Innovation - Lead process improvements that take efficiency to the next level and prepare us for explosive growth 

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: 

• Have a degree in Supply Chain, Management, Logistics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or something related (we care about your thinking skills, not just the certificate) 

• Have 2-3 years of proven success in supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management 

• Bring F&B or retail industry experience (major advantage!) 

• Familiar with WMS and ERP systems 

• Master Excel like a pro (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced analytics) 

• Possess sharp analytical thinking with exceptional problem-solving abilities 

• Thrive under pressure while maintaining zero-error standards 

• Are a natural communicator who builds bridges across departments 

• Have uncompromising integrity and hunger for excellence 

• Are ready to join immediately and scale with our rapid expansion
