About The Company:

• The working venue is in Malang, East Java.

• Our client is a Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for Production Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.

• Lead and guide shift leaders and operators; manage manpower allocation, shift handovers, and daily briefings.

• Monitor production KPIs (throughput, OEE, scrap, downtime); identify issues and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, and HSE standards; conduct safety checks and follow up on incidents.

• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

• Support new product introduction, engineering changes, and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports; update Excel trackers and ERP/MES systems.

• Train and develop operators; maintain a skills matrix and promote Kaizen activities.

• Participate in internal, customer, and ISO audits; ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

• Control production costs through efficiency improvements and waste reduction.

• Provide backup support for other shifts when required.

• Other responsibility as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

• Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with foreigners).

• Min. 3 years as Production Supervisor in Multinational or Japanese manufacturing company, experienced in handling 100+ operators per shift, skilled in performance management and conflict handling, and making production reports, schedule and dashboards.

• Strong understanding of manufacture process, SOP/WI, 5S, basic quality tools (PDCA, 5-Why, Fishbone), Lean & Kaizen, AutoCAD, proficient in MS Office, familiar with HSE standard and safe working practices.

• Willing to work in 3 shift rotation and perform overtime or weekend duties if needed.

• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and good analytical skill.
