Job Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Planning & Optimization

   • Responsible for end-to-end supply chain management of products such as frozen coconut milk, frozen concentrated coconut water, and desiccated coconut, covering procurement, production planning, warehousing, and logistics.

   • Develop supply chain strategies, optimize inventory levels, reduce operational costs, and ensure efficient supply chain performance.

2. Procurement & Supplier Management

   • Handle procurement of coconut raw materials (fresh coconuts, coconut meat, etc.) and packaging materials; build and maintain a stable supplier network.

   • Regularly evaluate supplier performance to ensure raw material quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery.

3. Production Planning & Scheduling

   • Develop production plans based on demand forecasts to align capacity with market requirements.

   • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to eliminate bottlenecks and improve delivery efficiency.

4. Logistics & Distribution Management

   • Manage domestic and international logistics (sea freight, land transport, cold chain logistics) to ensure timely delivery to customers.

   • Optimize logistics costs, improve transportation efficiency, and reduce product damage rates.

5. Inventory Management

   • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products to avoid overstocking or shortages.

   • Implement advanced inventory management techniques (e.g., JIT, VMI) to improve inventory turnover.

6. Risk Management

   • Identify potential risks in the supply chain (e.g., raw material shortages, logistics delays, price volatility) and develop contingency plans.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience:

   • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management; background in the coconut industry is preferred. Experience in cold chain supply is a plus.

2. Skills:

   • Proficient in end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, warehousing, and logistics.

   • Able to set material safety stock levels, warehouse safety stock, and warning systems.

   • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination abilities.

   • Capable of establishing supplier management systems and accountable for the quality of procured materials.

   • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover) to optimize supply chain performance.

3. Education:

   • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

4. Language:

   • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good command of English.

5. Personal Attributes:

   • Strong logical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

   • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and willing to travel.
