About the Role:

We're a growing clothing brand looking for a Supervisor of Production to lead and manage our end-to-end production process. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to help scale a brand from the ground up. You'll be responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring our products are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Production, Apparel Manufacturing,or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

• 3-5 years in apparel production or product development, ideally with experience in small or growing brands.

• At least 2 years managing or mentoring team members.

• Proven ability to handle both domestic and international production.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

• Strong knowledge of tech packs, garment construction, costing, sourcing, PO management, and QC.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

• Experienced in leading small teams with a collaborative, low-ego approach.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—clear, timely, and effective.

• Able to work cross-functionally and contribute positively to team dynamics.

• Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure.

• Willing to step into both strategic planning and hands-on execution as needed.
