Position: Supervisor Mine Plan

Location: Kabaena Southeast Sulawesi

Job Description:

1. Ensure that the mining operations align with geological models, safety standards, and production goals.

2. Coordinate with mining engineers, geologists, and other team members to ensure proper resource extraction.

3. Supervise the operational teams involved in the extraction process (drillers, loaders, haul truck drivers, etc.).

4. Ensure all mine planning activities comply with environmental laws, local regulations, and industry standards.

5. Ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently for the smooth operation of mining activities.

6. Monitor progress and productivity against the mine plan and production targets.

7. Manage the logistical coordination for the movement of materials, waste, and ore.

8. Work closely with the geological, engineering, and environmental teams to ensure the integrity of the mine plan.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.

2. Professional certifications in mining or safety (e.g., POM) are a plus.

3. Minimum of 3-5 years in mining operations, with several years in a supervisory or planning role.

4. Experience in nickel mining or similar metal mining operations is highly desirable.

5. Strong understanding of mining processes, resource estimation, and production forecasting.

6. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring safe and efficient mining operations.
