Get to Know the Team

Digital & Sustainability Team is one of Grab's verticals that handle GrabGrosir, GrabKios, and ESG. GrabGrosir is one of Grab's new verticals, helping Food merchants get more affordable food ingredients, both fresh and non-fresh. We work with a startup mindset—constantly improving and finding new ways to serve our merchants better!

Get to Know the Role

As a Digital & Sustainability S&P Associate, you will work with GrabGrosir team to help grow the business and handle special projects. This role is pivotal in driving strategic planning, performance tracking, and growth initiatives across the platform. The ideal candidate is data-driven, and able to balance strategic with executional excellence. You will report to Head Digital & Sustainability Strategy and Planning. You will be based in Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will be responsible for GrabGrosir P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting and assist in the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic plans.
• Analyze customer behavior and purchase trends, and conduct market research to create applicable insights.
• Coordinate and track progress of key strategic projects related to GrabGrosir demand planning and growth hack.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding on goals and deliverables and support process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Lead for special projects in Digital and Sustainability Team (not limited to GrabGrosir only)

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in business strategy, business operations, consulting, project management, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools (i.e: Power BI, SQL)
• Experience in working with cross functional teams and managing projects.
• Exposure to P&L management
